What is a PCN?

A Primary Care Network (PCN) refers to a designated area  in the UK where various health and social care services collaborate to enhance the experience for local residents. It is important to note that a PCN is not a formal organization or entity; rather, it represents a concept.

Radford and the Mary Potters Centre serves as an example of a PCN. General practitioner (GP) practices, mental health services, pharmacies, hospitals, voluntary organizations, and other services work in unison to improve healthcare for the community.

Radford and Mary Potters is one of 1,250 PCNs throughout the UK, all striving to provide better services for their residents.
